My Dream: A Charitable Community

I have a dream.

Actually, I am a dreamer, and I have quite a few dreams.

And I am slowly working my way on making them come true. And with God's guidance, hard work/dedication, and the help of friends, they will become a reality.

If you've followed my blog for awhile, you already know my heart.

My passion is helping others(including our furry friends). And I want to encourage others to help those in need as well.

I want to be the change I want to see in the world.

And I want to make it easier for others to become the change they want to see.

I want to make it easier for others to become charitable not only in their community, but across the world, after all, we are all one giant community.

In comes to play, A Charitable Community.

side note: my husband noted "connecting those who want to help with those in need of help" and suggested "helping people help people" instead. opinions?

I've had plans for this for awhile now, and just registered the domain acharitablecommunity.com this past week.

Now I am in search of a brilliant mind to help my vision for the website come to life. Any recommendations?

I've been in prayer over the situation and I feel that this time is perfect to start accepting sponsors for a small fee to help me get this dream off and running! Websites don't come for free. You have to register the domain as well as pay for the hosting, not to mention if you pay someone to design your site. SO, I want to allow my wonderful friends and supporters to help me along the way (IF you want!).

I am starting to accept sponsors now for the month of December. I had planned to make this announcement IN December and start sponsors on January 1st, but I just couldn't contain myself, I wanted to start NOW. It's my plan after I get this site off the ground and running, that I would continue to accept sponsors and donate any monthly proceeds to different causes that will be using the Charitable Community website to help it grow.

I AM SO EXCITED FRIENDS!! And I hope you are too. :)

If you are interested in being a sponsor, please comment below for me to contact you OR personally email me at browneyedbellblog at yahoo dot com.

For now, my plan is to have one size, 200x200 buttons featured on the blog. If you are not sure how to resize your button, let me know. If you want a button created, I have two wonderful friends,   DaisyJo   & Laura who are both pretty awesome at designing buttons (and more) if I do say so myself. The price for sponsorship will be a flat rate of $10 and will include a featured post of sponsors during the first week of each month.

I can't wait to see where this journey takes me.

My passion truly is helping others, and I want to help people, help people! THAT is what makes MY heart swell, and I hope with this, I will be able to reach a larger scale, and get more local communities involved as I get the site up and running. I am so thrilled with the tons of beautiful ladies I've met via the blogging community that have some of their own causes going on, because once the site is up and running, hopefully we can all network, and truly get the word out about just how many opportunities there are out there.

Thank all of you for being a part of this with me.

side note: i linked up with a blog hop this week! be sure to check out the host and say hello :) it's always fun finding new blogs.
